Orders & Payments

Returns & Exchanges

  • Window: 30 days from delivery; item must be unworn/unused with tags & original box.
  • Exclusions: opened perfumes, earrings, final-sale items.
  • How to: Start at our Returns Policy (or contact support with your order # and email/phone).
  • Refunds: after inspection to original payment method. Exchanges subject to availability.

Sizing & Fit Guide

For best results, consult the size chart on each product page. If you’re between sizes, we generally recommend choosing the larger size for relaxed fits and the smaller size for performance fits.

Product Care

  • Shoes: Spot clean with mild soap & cool water; air-dry away from heat. Remove insoles/laces to dry.
  • Clothing: Cold wash, gentle cycle; air-dry to preserve shape and color.
  • Watches/Jewelry: Wipe with soft cloth; avoid chemicals, lotions, and saltwater.
  • Perfumes: Store cool and dark; avoid direct sunlight and temperature swings.

Warranty & Repairs

Manufacturing defects are covered for 6 months from purchase (proof required). Wear & tear, accidental damage, and improper care are excluded. Email photos + order # and we’ll advise repair, replacement, or partial refund.

Taxes & Duties

  • USA: Orders under US$800 are typically duty-free.
  • Tanzania & others: Duties/Taxes may be charged on entry; these are not refundable once shipped.
